You can share links with a specific person privately after getting their okay, but the chat room itself is a link-free zone!

Kids use this application. Even if no one under a certain age is in the chat at a given point in time, anyone can enter, at all time, so keep it kid-friendly. Also, typing asterisks to imitate swearing or even self-censoring still gets the message across and can get you punished just as much as if you actually swore.

Don't fill the screen with nonsense; don't inflate the amount of lines your text is taking up on the screen more than necessary. When in doubt, try to put all of what you want to say into one line, don't break it up. This ALSO means you should try to keep your name at a reasonable length - less is more here. 50 characters is an approximate limit.

Deliberately disturbing the chat room peace will not be tolerated. If you're harassing other users, you're expected to stop. This also means that you should not shout (type in all-caps), as it is considered rude.

You won't get much of a warning for breaking this rule.

Lastly, as a request, please DO NOT warn others without reason. The mods try to use that system to help. Please do NOT become a nuisance.
